AgentBox is a no-code AI agent platform that enables organizations to create, deploy, and manage AI agents for their users. We provide tools for building agents, managing sub-accounts, and monitoring usage.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are issued at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgentBox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
